diabetes, asthma, copd, vascular disease and other chronic conditions. if you have one of these conditions you will receive an invitation to book an appointment at our nurse led better health clinics. booking your appointment there are several ways of booking your appointment: 1. in person – our reception desk is open from 8.30am to 6.30pm monday to friday. 2. by phone – mondays and fridays are our busiest days for telephone calls, especially in the mornings. unless your call is urgent please try phoning at another time. we understand that many people are reluctant to tell a receptionist about the reason for their call;
